An Integrative Approach to Therapy

No single approach can fully capture the complexity of being human. Our therapists draw thoughtfully from a range of therapeutic traditions, tailoring the work to the individual rather than asking the individual to fit a particular model.

Psychodynamic and relational approaches can help us understand how our histories and relationships continue to shape the present. Parts-based work can bring greater curiosity and compassion to inner conflict. Somatic approaches invite us to listen to the ways our experiences are held and expressed through the body. Behavioral and acceptance-based therapies can help translate insight into meaningful action, while mindfulness strengthens our capacity to remain present with what arises. Experiential and psychedelic-assisted approaches may offer new ways of accessing and understanding aspects of ourselves that can be difficult to reach through conversation alone.

Our clinicians each bring their own areas of expertise and ways of working, but share a common orientation: therapy should be responsive to the person in the room. Together, we draw from the approaches that best support each client's needs, goals, lived experience, and way of making meaning.

Healing can be less about becoming someone new and more about reclaiming the fullness of who we already are.
