Groups & Workshops
There are parts of ourselves we discover differently in the presence of others.
Our groups and workshops offer an opportunity to come together in community—to reflect, learn, connect, and explore shared aspects of the human experience beyond individual therapy. Depending on the offering, experiences may incorporate therapeutic conversation, mindfulness, experiential practices, psychoeducation, somatic awareness, or opportunities to explore a shared theme alongside others.
The group setting offers something uniquely powerful: the recognition that our experiences are both deeply personal and often more shared than we realize. Hearing another person's perspective can illuminate our own. Being witnessed can lessen isolation. Practicing presence and vulnerability in community can create new possibilities for how we relate to ourselves and others.
Our group and workshop offerings will evolve throughout the year, creating different ways to engage in meaningful exploration, build skills, and experience growth in community.
