LUMINESCENCE LAB
A weekly experiential gathering with Kirat Randhawa
LUMINESCENCE LAB is a weekly experiential gathering for exploring the inner life through psychological insight, contemplative practice, embodied experience, and community.
Each week centers on a different theme, inviting participants to explore how psychological, contemplative, and spiritual ideas can be experienced, embodied, and integrated into everyday life. Themes may touch on relationships, intuition, creativity, purpose, self-trust, authenticity, imagination, meaning-making, and more.
Through guided reflection, experiential practice, and shared dialogue, participants are invited to deepen their relationship with themselves and explore new ways of relating to their emotions, relationships, choices, and lives. Practices may include meditation, journaling, somatic exploration, visualization, and other contemplative exercises.
At its heart, LUMINESCENCE LAB is a space for curiosity—a place to slow down, turn inward, encounter new perspectives, and explore what it means to live with greater intention, alignment, and possibility.
Each gathering stands on its own, allowing participants to join at any point while also offering the opportunity to return week after week, deepening the practice through continued exploration, reflection, and community.
The Practice
Each gathering begins with an exploration of the week's theme, followed by an experiential practice and facilitated conversation. Rather than offering a prescribed way of thinking or being, Luminescense Lab creates space for inquiry, experimentation, and discovering what resonates through lived experience.
The practice is designed to support participants in cultivating deeper self-awareness, translating insight into everyday life, strengthening self-trust and discernment, and experimenting with new ways of relating to themselves, others, and the world around them.
Who’s It For
LUMINESCENCE LAB is for thoughtful, curious people seeking greater meaning, self-understanding, and possibility in their lives. It may especially resonate with those interested in exploring the intersection of psychological insight, spirituality, contemplative practice, and embodied experience.
It is also a space for those who feel ready for meaningful change and want to develop practices that support a deeper relationship with themselves. The intention is not simply to understand yourself differently, but to experiment with living and relating differently—to yourself, your emotions, your relationships, and your life.
All are welcome. No prior experience with meditation, contemplative practice, or therapy is required.
