Kirat Randhawa

Psychotherapist MHC-LP

Kirat is a psychotherapist and contemplative guide who offers a multidimensional approach to healing that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Her work centers on helping clients reconnect with their intuition and internal resources so they can move through their lives with greater wisdom, clarity, and possibility. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process, supporting clients in understanding longstanding patterns while creating space for meaningful change.

Kirat works creatively with clients navigating complex trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, eating disorders, self-esteem and self-compassion, relational difficulties, spirituality, and significant life transitions. She also works with couples and those seeking a deeper understanding of their relational dynamics. Drawing from her background in contemplative practices and meditation, Kirat integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and intuitive practices into her clinical work. She also works with tarot, astrology, and archetypal inquiry to help interested clients access insight, imagination, and new ways of understanding themselves.

Kirat is currently a doctoral student in the Ph.D. program in Visionary Practice and Regenerative Leadership at Southwestern College and holds an Ed.M. and M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University.
