Couples & Relationship Therapy

Our closest relationships can be sources of profound connection, and places where some of our most deeply held patterns, needs, fears, and vulnerabilities emerge.

Couples and relationship therapy offers a space to slow these dynamics down and understand what is happening beneath familiar cycles of conflict, distance, misunderstanding, or disconnection. Rather than locating the problem within one person, our therapists attend to the relationship itself: the patterns that have developed between people, the experiences each person brings into the room, and the ways those histories shape how we reach for, protect ourselves from, and respond to one another.

The work is not about eliminating difference or determining who is right. It is about developing the capacity to remain connected while making room for distinct perspectives, needs, boundaries, and identities. Through greater understanding, honesty, and intentional communication, couples and families can begin to relate in ways that allow for both individuality and meaningful connection.
