Sabrina Arora

Associate Psychotherapist

Sabrina believes, deeply and from lived experience, that change is possible—not simply as an idea, but as something real and reachable. Her work is rooted in that truth, a truth she can help clients hold. She offers a warm, curious, and attuned space where all parts of you are welcome, including the ones that feel complicated or hard to name. Together, Sabrina and her clients explore what runs beneath the surface: the patterns, the places where you may have lost contact with yourself, or feel stuck.

Sabrina believes that therapy is a creative process, and hopes that her work with clients helps them see themselves more clearly, find more freedom, and move through the world with greater ease, authenticity, and self-compassion.

Her approach is relational, holistic, and trauma-informed, drawing from psychodynamic and attachment theory, contemplative practices, ACT, IFS, and a deep respect for the unique contexts that have shaped who you are. She also incorporates somatic psychotherapy, working to deepen clients’ connection to their bodies and the wisdom of their emotional experience.

Sabrina works with adults navigating a range of concerns, including complex trauma, relationship issues, grief, shame, body image, identity, and life transitions, as well as those longing for deeper connection to themselves and others. Whatever brings you to therapy, Sabrina believes you don’t have to have it figured out to begin. She would be honored to walk alongside you toward greater aliveness.
