Jaclyn Walsh

Founder & Clinical Director
LMHC-D

Jaclyn is passionate about helping people deepen their relationship with themselves. She believes that meaningful healing begins when we learn to approach our inner world with greater curiosity, compassion, and trust. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or periods of profound transition, Jaclyn creates a warm and collaborative space where they can explore the experiences that have shaped them, reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with their values.

She places great importance on the therapeutic relationship, viewing it as the foundation for lasting growth and change. Drawing from psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, somatic psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care, Jaclyn tailors treatment to each client's unique needs. She is also trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration, bringing a holistic perspective to her work. Jaclyn has a particular passion for supporting individuals as they navigate grief and loss in its many forms, helping clients honor what has been lost while discovering new ways to remain connected to themselves, their relationships, and what matters most.
