Hannah Johnson
Associate Psychotherapist
Hannah believes the ways we learn to protect ourselves tell an important story about what we’ve lived through. Over time, those ways of coping can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer feel sustainable. She works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, burnout, and chronic stress. Her background in clinical psychology informs how she understands complex experiences, while her training in yoga helps her recognize how emotional pain can be carried in the body.
Hannah’s approach is trauma-informed and relational, rooted in her belief that healing happens through connection. Drawing from psychodynamic, ACT, IFS, and somatic approaches, she helps clients explore how past experiences, emotions, and recurring patterns continue to shape their lives.
Her style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. Hannah believes meaningful change begins with safety, trust, and a therapeutic relationship where clients can show up without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Her work helps clients deepen awareness, develop greater self-trust, and build a life that feels authentically their own.
