Gabriella Reamer
Clinical Supervisor, Psychotherapist LMHC
What do you move towards when in pain? Maybe your methods of coping with feelings of emptiness or self-criticism feel repetitive. Eventually, you find yourself trapped in a cycle that distances you from what you most want for yourself. You don’t have to do this alone.
Working as an ACT, IFS, and ERP-based clinician, Gabriella prioritizes making space for all parts of you. She believes that sometimes the tools we once used to survive no longer serve us, while the efforts we make to keep ourselves safe reflect our capacity for resilience. Together, Gabriella and her clients find new ways to channel their strengths toward creating the lives they truly desire.
By combining ACT, IFS, ERP, and MBSR, Gabriella tailors the therapeutic experience to each client’s unique needs, identity, and goals. She works through trauma-informed, contemplative, feminist, and humanistic lenses. Gabriella has primarily worked with populations of intersecting and marginalized identities, and social justice is a fundamental aspect of her framework.
Gabriella believes there is always a way through. While suffering is a part of life, she believes healing, insight, and connection are always within reach. As a therapist, she is deeply committed to accompanying clients on their journeys toward authentic and fulfilling lives.
