Chandler Winter

Founder & Clinical Director
LMHC-D

Chandler believes therapy is a path to self-discovery and a resource that supports growth and well-being. As a therapist, she aims to be a resource for her clients by helping them develop new insights and tools to enhance emotional regulation, encourage authentic self-expression, and nurture healthy relationships. She approaches each client with the understanding that we are all unique and shaped by our life experiences. Chandler is dedicated to offering a welcoming and nonjudgmental setting—a secure space in which clients can address the challenges that may hinder them from achieving the life they aspire to live.

Chandler’s approach is integrative and draws from trauma-informed, psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) techniques. During sessions, clients experience support and acceptance as well as encouragement to make constructive changes that help address the problems and concerns that led them to seek therapy.

Chandler believes each of us has developed strategies to help us feel safe as we navigate our complex lives. Often, however, we can rely too heavily on those strategies, and they can lead us to become stuck. Her hope is to work together with clients to customize an approach that serves them in becoming unstuck and reaching where they would like to go.
