Brooke Lundgren

Psychotherapist LMHC-D

Brooke’s approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to explore ourselves honestly in the presence of another person. She draws from relational psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and AEDP-informed approaches to help clients better understand their emotions, patterns, and relationships. Brooke has completed AEDP Level 1 training.

Brooke strives to create a warm, engaged, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship where clients can feel genuinely known and supported. Her work makes space for slowing down and being with difficult emotional experiences while also maintaining a practical, collaborative focus on the goals and changes that matter most to each client.

She is especially drawn to working with clients navigating ADHD, relationship dynamics with romantic partners, friends, and family, codependency and people-pleasing patterns, depression, dissatisfaction, and feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. Together, Brooke and her clients explore the patterns that shape how they relate to themselves and others, develop a stronger sense of self, and work toward creating relationships and lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
